RETURNS
You can purchase with confidence that our Collection is of great value and quality.

Wrong Size
We would hate for you to order the wrong size for you or your pet. Should this happen to you, and you require an exchange or return, please note that return postage is at the buyer's expense.
We receive many orders from New Zealand and now USA and we understand that you may get the size wrong for your pet from time to time, due to different size pet clothing everywhere. We strongly emphasise that you take extra extra time to read the sizing of the pieces on our Mewmew Brand website before making your purchase for your fur-baby.
If you are unsure of the size we are happy to assist you.
Faulty Item
Should you receive an item/piece that is faulty. Contact us immediately so we can arrange a return and replacement.
