How do I measure my pet for Mewmew Brand apparel?

All pet apparel includes a Sizing Chart in the product information. Please take the time to measure your pet carefully — this ensures the best fit for their Mewmew Brand apparel.

Are Mewmew Brand products handmade or sourced overseas?

All apparel and accessories are handmade in-house. Other products are sourced locally within Australia. We are proud to support Australian craftsmanship.

Does Mewmew Brand offer wholesale?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer wholesale. However, if you are interested in stocking our unique products in your e-commerce store or shopfront, please email help@mewmewbrand.com to discuss options.

Why should I subscribe to the Mewmew Brand website?

By subscribing, you’ll get first access to all new collections before they are released to the public. Subscribers also receive exclusive perks, including discounts, gifts with purchase, and special promotions.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

Click on the product and navigate to the bottom right-hand corner. Click the “Notify Me” button and enter your email. You’ll receive a quick email when the product is back in stock.

What is a pre-order product?

Some collections are released on a pre-order basis. These products will have a closing date for orders. Allow up to 4 weeks from order placement to receive your item. We will keep you updated on the progress via email.

How often do you restock sold-out products?

Our collections are limited edition and bespoke, so many pieces are gone forever once sold out. However, if we receive a large number of “back in stock” requests, we may re-release a specific product.

What payment options are available?

We also offer Memew Brand's Laybuy offline. If you wish to use Laybuy, select “manual payment” at checkout, and we’ll send you a personalized payment plan.

Do you attend dog, pet, or Pasifika events?

• We no longer attend general dog/pet events regularly.

• We do attend some Pasifika events in Sydney, including Samoa Day, Fiji Day, and Tonga Day.

Yes! Visit our Clearance tab for discounted stock. Clearance items are sold at significantly reduced prices.
